The Property

Historical beauty.

Like most historical markers in Grafton,  Riverledge Farm has been preserved and respected through generations.  From our heirloom apple orchard to our miles of colonial rock walls creeping in and out of the 250+ acres of wooded area, unique care has been taken to sustain the property's beauty for over 200 years.

Back in the early 1800's when the Farm was born, its fields were full of livestock grazing lush pastures.  Today, you will still spot a cow or two feeding in the fields along with other animals such as fox and deer that have made their home in the wooded area behind the Event Barn.  Walking along the two miles of streams out to the half-acre aerated pond, you may hear a woodpecker or spot a blue jay soaring high above the tree line.

Our job has been to not only maintain this home for others, but also to walk alongside of it as it grows and prospers.  We are honored to be a part of it.  The landscape and architecture on Riverledge Farm truly are a painting come to life, a living work of art that lets you experience first-hand all the rural charm that southern Vermont has to offer.
